    • Delivery within Czech Republic: 1–3 days
    • EU countries: 2–5 days
    • International delivery: 7–14 days depending on the destination

    • Orders are shipped only after full prepayment.
    • If an item is damaged during transportation, the seller bears responsibility.
    • If a parcel is refused or returned due to the buyer’s decision, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes! You can also pick up your order directly from our store located in the very center of Karlovy Vary:

However, please let us know in advance so we can prepare your order for pickup on the date of your visit.

What if my parcel arrives damaged?

If your order is damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately with photos of the package.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

No, we currently ship only with full prepayment (online card payment, PayPal, or bank transfer).
