How to Prepare a Bath
- Dissolve 250 g of salt in approximately 60 litres of water.
- Recommended water temperature: 38–45 °C.
- Recommended bath time: 15–25 minutes.
- After the bath, rinse the body with clean water.
- Stay warm for a while after finishing the bath.
♨️ According to the manufacturer's instructions, after the bath it is recommended to avoid using soap and shampoo and to rinse the body with clean water only.
